Wake Prevention – a simple 3-step solution

Slow down, bow down

Operating at slow speeds can generate a large, damaging wake if running bow-high. Here are three easy steps to follow for eliminating a boat’s wake:

    1. When slowing down for no-wake zones, throttle back to idle for approximately 10 seconds
    2. Wait for the bow to drop and the boat to level out before proceeding at the regulated speed
    3. Monitor the wake until clear of the no-wake zone
